Chocolate Hills Tour (with Panglao extras)

Looking for a unique way to spend the Good friday, I decided to join my friend Lee, his special friend Monica, Monica’s mother and sister in an amazing adventure in the world famous Chocolate Hills and other places along Bohol’s Tourism highway.

Our destinations (in Bohol, Philippines):

  • Chocolate Hills in Carmen
  • Butterfly Garden in Bilar
  • Loboc River and Tarsier in Loboc
  • Prony, the Python in Alburquerque
  • Blood Compact Site in Bool, Tagbilaran City

Other Destinations

  • Dauis Church
  • Hinagdanan Cave in Panglao
  • Dumaluan Beach Resort in Panglao

We rented a van operated by George Noroño for a discounted price (since George is our friend…LOL), and left Tagbilaran at around 8:00 am in the morning. Our first destination is nothing but the Chocolate  Hills. After more than an hour of travel, we arrived in Carmen. We payed an entrance fee of Php 50.00 each at the Chocolate Hills (a little contribution to the community). The pics below will tell how much fun we had.

After an hour at the Chocolate Hills, we headed for  the Butterfly Garden (Simply Butterflies) in Bilar.
